I just saw this thing on my profile....So does anyone know how good revenue sharing works? Like, can I actually make money using it, or is it pretty much worthless?

the best way is to get involved in lots of flashes. Make sure you request a percentage of the ad revenue for the use of your music, art or what ever else you supply. Depending on what and how much you contribute. You may have to negotiate a lot with who ever is in charge
